Role Overview

You are the person who keeps the VeriVend standard alive in the field.

The Market Service Technician is responsible for ensuring assigned VeriVend machines remain clean, stocked, organized, operational, and venue-ready. This role requires a high degree of trust, independence, professionalism, and attention to detail.

You will monitor inventory needs, respond to service requests, receive and organize product shipments, prepare location-specific restocks, travel to assigned venues, inspect machines, stock products, document service activity, and communicate clearly with VeriVend leadership and venue contacts.

What You’ll Do

The work includes inventory, route service, machine presentation, and venue-facing support.

Monitor Stock Needs

Track machine inventory through scheduled checks, customer communication, and remote monitoring tools where available.

Receive & Prepare Inventory

Pick up shipments, unbox products, inspect items, count inventory, and organize merchandise for assigned locations.

Stock Assigned Machines

Travel to venues, restock machines, face products cleanly, remove clutter, and ensure the machine presentation is premium.

Inspect Equipment

Perform visual and basic technical checks to confirm machines are clean, secure, orderly, and operating properly.

Document Service Activity

Record completed work, inventory movement, machine concerns, venue notes, photos, and issues requiring follow-up.

Represent VeriVend

Interact professionally with venue owners, managers, staff, and customers while maintaining VeriVend’s service standards.

Schedule, Travel & Vehicle Requirements

Part-time to start, with hours expected to grow as each market expands.

Current roles are part-time while VeriVend launches and expands machine placements in each region. In many locations, the role may average up to approximately 20 hours per week, though hours may be lower in early-stage markets with fewer machines.

As placement grows, hours may increase and high-performing team members may be considered for expanded responsibility, lead roles, and full-time opportunities.

Personal Vehicle Required

You must have regular access to a reliable vehicle capable of supporting local route service and merchandise transport.

Valid Driver’s License Required

A valid driver’s license is required. Driving record review may be conducted where applicable and permitted.

Mileage Reimbursement

Eligible approved travel is reimbursed, including approved use of a personal vehicle for route service and merchandise transport.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualifications, required skills, and preferred experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to pass required background screening.
  • Reliable smartphone, email access, and basic digital communication ability.
  • Ability to lift, carry, organize, and transport merchandise as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
