A part-time field operations role responsible for stocking, inspecting, cleaning, organizing, and supporting VeriVend machines in assigned hospitality markets.
The Market Service Technician is responsible for ensuring assigned VeriVend machines remain clean, stocked, organized, operational, and venue-ready. This role requires a high degree of trust, independence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
You will monitor inventory needs, respond to service requests, receive and organize product shipments, prepare location-specific restocks, travel to assigned venues, inspect machines, stock products, document service activity, and communicate clearly with VeriVend leadership and venue contacts.
Track machine inventory through scheduled checks, customer communication, and remote monitoring tools where available.
Pick up shipments, unbox products, inspect items, count inventory, and organize merchandise for assigned locations.
Travel to venues, restock machines, face products cleanly, remove clutter, and ensure the machine presentation is premium.
Perform visual and basic technical checks to confirm machines are clean, secure, orderly, and operating properly.
Record completed work, inventory movement, machine concerns, venue notes, photos, and issues requiring follow-up.
Interact professionally with venue owners, managers, staff, and customers while maintaining VeriVend’s service standards.
Current roles are part-time while VeriVend launches and expands machine placements in each region. In many locations, the role may average up to approximately 20 hours per week, though hours may be lower in early-stage markets with fewer machines.
As placement grows, hours may increase and high-performing team members may be considered for expanded responsibility, lead roles, and full-time opportunities.
You must have regular access to a reliable vehicle capable of supporting local route service and merchandise transport.
A valid driver’s license is required. Driving record review may be conducted where applicable and permitted.
Eligible approved travel is reimbursed, including approved use of a personal vehicle for route service and merchandise transport.
VeriVend team members are trusted with inventory, venue access, product accountability, company equipment, service documentation, and customer relationships. We expect every team member to operate with honesty, professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment.
We are looking for people who do the right thing when no one is watching, communicate quickly when something is wrong, protect company property, treat venue staff respectfully, and represent the VeriVend brand with maturity and care.
VeriVend intends to conduct thorough pre-employment screening for successful applicants. Screening may include past employment verification, criminal background checks, identity verification, eligibility verification, and driving record review where relevant, applicable, and permitted by law.
Because this role involves field access, merchandise handling, customer-facing work, and venue relationships, honesty during the hiring process is essential.
We may verify prior employment, work history, references, and relevant experience provided during the application process.
We may conduct criminal background screening consistent with applicable law and the requirements of the role.
Because this is a route-based field role, driving eligibility may be reviewed where applicable and permitted.
Team members must be able to account for product movement, service activity, and assigned merchandise accurately.
Hourly compensation will be competitive for the assigned market and based on role requirements and experience.
Earned time off begins accumulating from day one and may be used after 90 days of employment.
Approved service travel is eligible for mileage reimbursement, including merchandise transport.
Team members may receive access to eligible VeriVend product discounts where permitted and appropriate.
Note: Healthcare benefits are not currently offered for part-time launch roles. VeriVend may expand benefit offerings as markets mature and roles grow.
